- Domestic registration rates apply only to participants affiliated with institutions in Vietnam.
- Participants affiliated with institutions outside Vietnam should register under the International Participant category.
- Registration fees for OPT2 (Domestic Participants) and OPT3 (Student Participants) do not include the Field Trip and Banquet. Subject to the sponsorship secured by the Organizing Committee, these costs may be fully or partially covered for participants in these categories. The final support policy for OPT2 and OPT3 will be updated by early September 2026.
